Feeding and Leveling Device: It used for making the material flat before feeding into the roll forming machine.

on the PLC touch screen, the feeding device will move in horizontal automatically.

Material 40 Cr. HRC28-35 surface chrome plated. All quenched and tempered heat treatment and polishing plating

 

There are two cutting molds, web size 75-220mm use a specification shearing tool, another shearing tool do cutting from web 120-300 mm.

The hydraulic cutter can be stop working if needed. Without using post-cutter, CZ purlin can be adjusted with small spring back by roll forming system.

Hydraulic station provide power for Punching and Cutting station. When sheet material is on punching or cutting position, the hydraulic station will run automatically and provide pressure. 

Hydraulic station: 14Mpa to 16Mpa (According to final design), with #45 hydraulic oil.

Cooling system: There is a fan installed on the hydraulic station to cool hydraulic oil.
