PX80-350T-Multi spec and sizes large & thick purlin profile machine

Our PX80-350T C/Z purlin machine consists of decoiler, feeding and levelling device, punching system, pre-shear, roll forming system, hydraulic post cutting, run out table, hydraulic station and PLC(controlling system). Its special quick change feature: Assemble with liner guide way to make machine change web size easily and smoothly. 

Produce standard products with yield strength up to 345Mpa, Long production line, better profile shape control on final products, C/Z interchange only with 3 steps and within 5-15 mins; Time saving and labor saving, which is highly improved production efficiency and suitable for current production. This machine is easy to operate and run stable with good precision.

3)Rolling Forming System
 

Feeding and Leveling Device: It used for making the material flat before feeding into the roll forming machine.

are all on good condition and long life.

Shaft: Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product. Diameter of main shaft: ø85mm

Material of main shaft : 40Cr (The main shaft have the high frequency grinding &heat Treatment and the surface of shaft is chroming)

Bearings of roller: HRB brand.

Machine Frame. The thickness of frame is 75-90mm. Below picture is for Reference.

 

Straighten device is made of two group rollers with manual adjusting device, This type of device is used to straighten the shape of products. to ensure the length precision.

C Z Interchange: Manual control, With C-Z interchangeable equipment, our machine is able to change purlin specification within 5-10 minutes.

This kind of equipment is easy to operate.

 

Only need to pull out the pin handle, turn it into 180 degrees, and push it back.
 

Size Changing Full-automatic (change sizes by PLC )
machine is able to change purlin size within 5 minutes. This type of system
is easy to operate. Only need to set the size on the PLC, the rollers will move in and out automatically.
 

At one side of the machine frame, there have buttons for size changing system.  Push the button, these rollers will change size by millimeter. Scale plates are available to check the roll in horizon position.

1. To assure the high precision of size changing, all bottom frame of machine are installed linear guider with high quality.
   Totally 5 groups.
   
   Adjust the screw pole manually to adjust the distance between upper and lower rollers to form different thickness product. (1.0mm-3.5mm)
   
   Bearings of roller:  HRB brand.
   
   Machine Frame: The thickness of frame is 75-90mm to ensure frame strong enough to bear shaft and rollers.

The computer can control production line including leveling, punching, cutting and roll forming station. Speed of the machine can be adjusted.
